Did you inherit your grandmother’s skillet or invest in a French enameled cast iron oven and now wondering what to do with them? Spend the weekend learning how to care for and cook with cast iron.  By the end of the weekend, your cast iron recipe repertoire will expand beyond fried eggs and soups to hearty one-pot dinners, entrees for entertaining, and delicious desserts.

Sheri Castle is famous for her brilliant recipes and smart tips and hints. It’s no wonder she is one of the most popular cooking class teachers and food writers in the culinary world. Includes Saturday cooking class (9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) and lunch.

Camp begins Friday at 4:00 p.m. and concludes Sunday at 10:30 a.m.

Double and single accommodations are available and will be booked on a first-come basis, payment is due at time of booking.   After you purchase an all-inclusive ticket online, someone will contact you to book the accommodations that best fit your needs.
