Just in time for fall entertaining season, we’re hosting a series of classes focused on soups and desserts ideal for the time of year when temperatures begin to drop and we all start craving some comfort. Participants will enjoy cooking demonstrations by our Executive Chef Ted Watts and Inns owner Datra Herzog, a light soup lunch or dinner, dessert and glass of wine. Attendees also receive 15% off their purchase at Honey Bee Point.

Time: 12 to 2 p.m. OR 5 to 7 p.m.
Price: $45/person plus tax. Space limited to 10. Advance registration required ONE WEEK prior to event date.

Ready to ramp up your kitchen skills for fall? Head to International Choux Co., the cooking school of The Inns at St. Albans, select Thursdays for cooking demonstrations led by Inns Executive Chef Ted Watt. Participants get an up-close look at Watts’ craft in the kitchen as he whips together some delectable soups and desserts for fall. The two-hour classes include a light lunch or dinner, dessert and accompanying beverage. Afterwards, participants can stop by Honey Bee Point and get 15% off their purchase.
