Cookbook Club at International Choux Co.
It’s book club with a twist, or taste! After scouring our favorite cookbooks, Chef Ted has hand-selected recipes to demonstrate then feast upon for the ultimate luncheon experience. Bring your girlfriends to our cooking school for a scrumptious meal and come away with some new techniques to use in the kitchen!
Each class is centered around a particular culinary author or cookbook. (Please note: Authors are not in attendance, and classes are led by Inns culinary staff.) Attendees enjoy cooking demonstrations, lunch and 20% off the day’s featured publication. See below for additional details on each event and dates.
All classes run from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
$65/person plus tax. Space limited. Advance registration required ONE WEEK prior to event date.
