Be inspired by the flavors of Italy to preserve the best of the summer season. You’ll learn to preserve flavors and foods with infusions, oil, vinegar, and hot water canning. Give your pantry on Italian flare and enjoy the best that summer has to offer, all year round!
FRIDAY: Friday’s class will focus on Cocktails! This class will focus on preserving flavors with alcohol, vinegar and sugar. Learn to make the Limoncello and other fruit infused liquors, pickle fresh vegetables for garnishes you’ll want to eat and learn to make the famous cherries that inspired the cookbook, Preserving Italy.
SATURDAY: During Saturday’s Class you’ll learn to preserve with oil, sugar, and mastering hot water canning. Give your pantry on Italian flare and enjoy the best that summer has to offer, all year round!
A limited number of accommodations are available and will be booked on a first-come basis, payment is due at time of booking.
