CookINN Classes at International Choux Co.
In honor of the full moon, we’re welcoming you for an evening culinary class at International Choux Co. Each class will be centered on a theme pertinent to that moon’s name. Participants will enjoy cooking demonstrations, a three-course meal and drinks or wine pairings. See below for additional details on each event and dates.
Class runs from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
$125/person plus tax. Space limited. Advance registration required ONE WEEK prior to event date.

Full Moon Nights: Beaver Moon
AT THE INNS AT ST. ALBANS
As the November full moon signals to beavers that it’s time to build dens for winter, we too will get to work in the International Choux Co. kitchen to embrace the culmination of fall’s bounty and assemble an unforgettable dinner menu. Joining forces with Sandy Valley Brewing Co., husband-and-wife duo George and René Sackett are delving into the fantastic flavors of fall in both food and drink form. Observe these locavores in their element, melding pumpkin, persimmon, pear and more of the season’s harvest into starters, sweet finishes and every course in between. While observing the fun and inspirational chefs at work, guests will sample and hear the stories behind five artisanal craft beers thoughtfully selected to serve alongside this fall-inspired feast.
