Our Holiday Tea Lunches make for a great outing – and maybe even a new Christmas tradition – with friends and family. Reservations available for Fridays and Saturdays in December. Reserve your seat at a Holiday Tea Lunch and cooking demonstration taking place select Fridays and Saturdays throughout the Christmas season. Led by area chefs in the intimate setting of our cooking school, Holiday Tea Lunches are sure to relax, refresh and revive you! Instructors and menus for each date detailed below. Small class sizes, so book early to secure your spot.

Friday, December 6 – TEA TIME WITH ANNA LONG
Master the art of the pie crust and scones under the guidance of pastry expert Anna Long. Hailing from Southern Illinois, Anna Long has a pretty sweet culinary background. While in culinary school in Louisville, she worked as a teacher’s assistant and on the pastry team, then launched her career at Blue Dog Bakery. In St. Louis, she worked at Basso and The Cheshire and became head baker at Winslow’s Home for four years. Long’s talent then led her to the kitchen at Sweet Katie Bee’s, an O’Fallon, Illinois, bakery specializing in allergy-friendly foods and special diets. Now married and mother of two, she hones her craft and satisfies sweet tooths making cakes, cookies and desserts for Cakes and Bakes.
