In honor of the Super Hunter Moon, we’re welcoming you for an evening culinary class and appetizers at International Choux Co. followed by a delicious chef’s dinner al fresco at Head’s Store Pavilion. See below for additional details on each event and dates.
All classes run from 6 to 8 p.m.
$125/person plus tax. Space limited. Advance registration required ONE WEEK prior to event date.

Full Moon Nights: Super Hunter Moon
AT THE INNS AT ST. ALBANS
A full moon means celebration night at International Choux Co., the cooking school of The Inns at St. Albans, so get ready for fun for a night of cooking demonstrations, dinner and accompanying beverages.
This event begins at International Choux Co., where guests observe chef at work and enjoy appetizers and a cocktail. Afterwards we’ll move to Head’s Store Pavilion for a memorable chef’s dinner.
