This Valentine’s Day, treat your loved one to a trip to Tuscany. The International Choux Co. serves as your Italian villa for this evening culinary class, where you’ll master some of the region’s delicious delicacies. Between cooking demonstrations, couples will enjoy a three-course, small-plates dinner with beverage pairings.

Class runs from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Come for date night at International Choux Co., the cooking school of The Inns at St. Albans, and you and your loved one are invited for cooking demonstrations, a small-plates meal and accompanying beverages inspired by Italy’s romantic Tuscan region.
