"All Aboard!" for a delicious dining experience at historic Head's Store in the heart of St. Albans. Inspired by the Rock Island "Rocket" locomotives whose passengers would embark and disembark just steps from here, our menu pays homage to the 4,000 miles the rail system traveled throughout the Midwest and as far as California, New Mexico and Texas.
