Mark your calendars for “Provisions Premiere Days” this weekend (August 28–31), the grand celebration launching the new Artisanal Market & Butcher Case at Head’s Store!
Stop by to shop 30-day dry-aged steaks, housemade jalapeño and Oaxaca sausage, small-batch preserves and pantry staples – all while enjoying our extended event hours (Friday and Saturday 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.; Sunday and Monday 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.). These premiere days also mark the rollout of our new regular store schedule, with updated weekly hours available on our website.
Additionally, we are officially launching the Head’s Store Harvest & Wine Club! This exclusive weekly subscription delivers farm-fresh Missouri produce, butcher-case proteins, scratch-made pastries and Chef Anderson’s custom curations (with an optional chef-selected wine pairing upgrade).

Feast Your Eyes on Our Ribeye Dinner, Bourbon & BBQ Night
Come sip and savor an array of mouth-watering flavors at upcoming dinner events this September! On Saturday, September 5, we’re gathering at Head’s Store for a relaxed evening of guided bourbon tastings paired with smoky barbecue. Then on Thursday, September 10, Michelin-starred Chef Chris Anderson is pulling out all the stops for a fine-dining engagement at Old Barn Inn. The Dry-Aged Whiskey Ribeye Dinner features small-batch whiskeys presented in conjunction with the deep, complex flavors of a 45-day dry-aged ribeye.
