This summer and fall, you’re invited to experience Michelin-quality dining from the elegant environs of our hilltop mansion, The Château, at our inaugural Studio Hill Vineyard Dinner series. Reserve a seat at a beautiful table under the pavilion set for an intimate four-course meal and wine pairings prepared by renowned Chef Christopher Anderson. For those who prefer a non-alcoholic alternative, gracefully crafted mocktails will be thoughtfully tailored to complement each course.

Now head of food and beverage services at The Inns, Chef Anderson will reopen the restaurant at Old Barn Inn in 2027, but the Studio Hill Vineyard Dinners offer an exclusive seat at the table for a preview of his culinary genius along with intimate conversation and interaction with chef himself. *ABOUT CHEF CHRISTOPHER ANDERSON
Making his debut at The Inns at St. Albans in June, Chef Anderson arrives with an impressive pedigree of experience and accolades from award-winning dining destinations all over the world – the esteemed 2-Michelin Star restaurant Auberge de L’Ile in Lyon, France, and the acclaimed Chicago establishments of Alinea, L2O and Moto, where he secured his own Michelin star. Most recently, Chef Anderson steered the culinary team at New Orleans fine-dining destination, Restaurant R’evolution.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy: Due to the unique nature of this event, we cannot offer refunds or credits for cancellations. Tickets, however, are fully transferable.
