Pork Tamales (Dish made of corn dough wrapped in a corn husk, filled with pork seasoned in a special guajillo sauce).

Refried pinto beans topped with mozzarella cheese, lettuce salad, green salsa.

Ponche (Hot drink made of water, fresh or frozen fruits; guava, apple, pears, cinnamon sticks, tejocotes, prunes, raisins, with tequila as an optional addition).
