Full Moon Nights
CookINN Classes at International Choux Co.

In honor of the full moon, we’re welcoming you for an evening culinary class at International Choux Co. Each class will be centered on a theme pertinent to that moon’s name. Participants will enjoy cooking demonstrations, a three-course meal and drinks or wine pairings. See below for additional details on each event and dates.

All classes run from 6 to 8 p.m.

Cost is $100/person plus tax.

Add an overnight stay to your visit at the special class+accommodation package rate of $375/single attendee and $400/couple.

Space limited. Advance registration required ONE WEEK prior to event date.

Full Moon Nights: Pink Moon

AT THE INNS AT ST. ALBANS

A full moon means celebration night at International Choux Co., the cooking school of The Inns at St. Albans, so get ready for fun for a night of cooking demonstrations, dinner and accompanying beverages.

1st Course
Roasted Beet and Goat Cheese Salad
Baby Greens with roasted beets, cherry tomatoes, red onions,
candied walnuts, chevre goat cheese and balsamic vinaigrette

2nd Course
Truffle Honey Glazed Salmon
Served with roasted fingerling potatoes, fresh asparagus, baby carrots and micro greens

3rd Course
Strawberry Panna Cotta
Served with fresh berries and crème anglaise
