New Year's Eve Cocktail Class
at International Choux Co.

Before the ball drops on December 31, we’re getting a jumpstart on the celebration by mixing up some craft cocktails and nibbling on delicious nosh with dynamic duo René and George Sackett. Offered as an afternoon or evening session, “Shake, Stir and Celebrate” is the perfect way to get the party started – or still be festive but home well before midnight! Overnight stay packages* are also available in conjunction with the evening class.

Shake, Stir and Celebrate! Cocktail Class

Enjoy conviviality and cocktails paired with a delectable menu of heavy appetizers as you ring in the new year! This hands-on class includes step-by-step instructions for three different cocktails plus tips and tricks for creating them with fresh juices, house-made syrups and infusions. Additionally the Sacketts will enlighten attendees on the nuances of ice and proper dilution. Delicious menus for each session detailed below. Evening class includes opening sparkling punch toast, and limited overnight stay packages available. More details below.
